Payment Policy

Guidelines regarding fees and enrollment.

  • All fees for classes, programs, or services must be paid in advance.
  • Payments can be made through approved online payment methods only.
  • Enrollment will be confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable to another person.
  • Any delay in payment may result in temporary suspension of services.

Refund Policy

Details on refunds and package validity.

  • Fees paid for classes or packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
  • In case a session is canceled by Calmnest Yoga, an alternate session will be provided (no cash refund).
  • Refunds will not be issued for early discontinuation of classes.
  • Special discounted or promotional packages are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Rules for rescheduling and missed classes.

  • Any request for cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
  • Sessions canceled by the participant within less than 24 hours will be considered used and non-compensable.
  • No cancellation or rescheduling is allowed once the session has started.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • In case Calmnest Yoga cancels a session due to unavoidable circumstances, an alternative session will be arranged.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to discontinuation of services without refund.
